TVH Design developed a new line of High Seas Sailing Suits for Nohaca. Nohaca aims to strengthen, inspire, and support the sailing community in preserving the waters and marine life, and to enjoy sailing in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

TVH Design assisted Nohaca in developing the High Seas sailing suit for foul weather. The suit is ePFTE-free, has a PFC-free DWR (durable wear resistance), and is made from 100% recycled material.

We managed the entire design process, from sketching to sampling, sourcing sustainable suppliers and sustainable production.

As a sailor, founder Jelle Bruns was often surprised by the damage we inflict on bodies of water and marine life simply to pursue our hobby, sport, or profession. This can be by polluting the water with (micro)plastics and chemicals from our gear, or by being irresponsible while exploring beautiful coral reefs, fjords, or tidal marshes. Nohaca is convinced that things can be done better and more environmentally friendly!
