Do you want to start your own fashion brand or clothing line , but you don't know where to begin with production, planning and technical development?
With Startup Boost, you'll work with experienced fashion experts for 2 to 3 months to build a solid foundation for your brand. You'll receive not only a clear brand story and technical designs (tech packs), but also thorough preparation for production. Everything you need to launch with confidence.
What do we do together in this process?
Our dedicated team of experienced fashion consultants is available every week to support you step-by-step in setting up your fashion brand.
1. Brand development and strategy (max. 16 hours per month)
What you can expect:
- Formulate your brand story powerfully and distinctively
- Sharply define your target group
- Setting up a collection concept (style direction, range)
- Practical advice on timing, positioning and budget
2. Sourcing & production support
We help you with:
- Finding and selecting suitable suppliers
- Requesting quotes and checking minimum quantities
- Organizing and assessing samples
- Planning next steps towards bulk production
3. Technical development – including 3 tech packs
You will receive:
- Technical drawings
- Size charts and fit information
- Fabrics and finishing specifications
- These documents are immediately suitable for sampling or production. (Value: €1,500–€2,100)
What's included in the Startup Boost subscription?
- Time and consultation: 16 hours per month, including 8 hours of 1-on-1 conversations.
- Brand development: We work on your brand story and visual style.
- Selecting a target audience: We'll help you determine your ideal customer.
- Collection development: Assistance with designs, fabrics and fit.
- Production preparation: Assistance with samples and production planning.
- Market strategy: Advice on sales and visibility.
What is excluded from this package?
- The creative design of your clothing (shape, style, details) is not included in this basic package. Haven't worked this out yet?
No problem, we offer this for an additional rate of €85 per hour.
